Our payment methods
You can choose to pay by invoice, PostFinance e-finance, PostFinance Card, credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal or prepayment.
At Magnesium-Quelle.ch you can pay as follows:
Payment on account
Pay easily and free of charge with invoice. Your order will be shipped immediately.
The invoice will be attached directly to your order.
Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY)
As an external payment service provider, MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method “purchase on account”.
With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice.
If the credit check is negative, an order on account is not possible.
If you do not make a payment within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an overview of your order in the following month.
When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities.
When purchasing on account, you also accept the terms and conditions Terms and Conditions by POWERPAY. (powerpay.ch/de/agb).
If you pay on time, you will not incur any costs. The delivery of the monthly statement is associated with fees.
In the event of late payment, POWERPAY will charge reminder fees of CHF 18 - 38 (1st - 3rd reminder).

Payment in advance
You can pay conveniently and securely at the post office counter, by e-banking or bank transfer.
After submitting your order, you will receive your invoice with a payment slip by e-mail.
This e-mail contains all bank details.
Please only use the payment slip that was sent to you.
Your order will be shipped immediately after receipt of your payment.
The order is binding and must be paid for within 3 days.
Please make sure to use your payment slip!

All packages are sent with PostPac Priority (A-Post) from Swiss Post AG.
Smaller and lighter packages can also be sent as A Mail midi letters. Even a Saturday delivery is possible.
We ship from an order value of CHF 59.90 free shipping.
The packaging and shipping costs up to CHF 59.90 are CHF 8.95 per order.
We only deliver within Switzerland. Samnaun excluded.
Ordered by 15 p.m. today – delivered tomorrow!
From Monday to Thursday 15:00 p.m. you will receive your package the very next day. Orders from Thursday 15:00 p.m. to Friday 15:00 p.m. will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed between 15pm on Friday and 00pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
On public holidays (the public holidays in the canton of Zug apply) the delivery may therefore be delayed.
Delivery time 1 – 4 days.
If a product is not in stock, you will be informed and delivery may be delayed. If you buy several of the same product, the product can be shown as in stock, but cannot be delivered immediately in the desired quantity. Even then you will be informed.
Minimum order value (without shipping costs): CHF 24.50.
Depending on the value, the package will be sent by registered mail.
Trust – data protection
Magnesium-Quelle.ch is an encrypted website. You can recognize this in the address line by the “s” in https and/or the lock symbol, depending on your browser.
This means that the data you enter will only be transmitted in encrypted form.

Your data will never be passed on to third parties.
Magnesium-Quelle.ch never has your credit card data or other login data and therefore cannot save them.
When paying on account, PowerPay needs your date of birth for legal reasons. It is never visible to Magnesium-Quelle.ch and therefore cannot be saved. A credit check will be carried out.
Your data will only be transmitted to the partners who are absolutely necessary for shipping and payment.
Your e-mail address can be used to send newsletters. However, it is never passed on.
You can of course unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You will find a link for this in the newsletter itself.

Guarantee - Return
Of course, incorrect or defective deliveries will be replaced or reimbursed free of charge.
Our accommodating and generous philosophy has satisfied every customer.
Don't hesitate to contact us if you are not satisfied with anything!
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Returns as a gesture of goodwill can be charged a processing fee of at least 10 and 100% of this from an order value of 10.
How do I shop?
Use the main menu above and select “Shop”.
The shop page appears. Scroll down a little to the product listing. Here you can put the product in the shopping cart directly by clicking on “Add to shopping cart” under each product. For products with choices, click on the product to make your exact choice before adding it to the cart.
Or you can click on the product image or text and a page will open that explains the product in detail. Here you can press the big button to add the product to your shopping cart. You can also choose the size and change the quantity by clicking + or – before hitting “Add to Cart”.
Whenever you put something in the shopping cart, the number of products in your shopping cart appears in the top right corner of the shopping cart icon. If you move the mouse to this symbol without clicking, a short summary of your shopping cart with a price will appear.
So you can browse the whole site, find the products you want and put them in your shopping cart.
It is possible to look in your shopping cart at any time, delete products there and then continue shopping.
When you have found enough products, click on the shopping cart. An overview of all your products appears. Here you can still change the number or delete products. Press "Update shopping cart" if you have made any changes here. "Continue to checkout" opens a page for your address. Fields with an asterisk* are mandatory and must be filled out.
Below you can select your preferred payment method. Details are explained right there for each payment method.
Tick the T&Cs by clicking on them and then select “Buy”.
Depending on the payment method you have chosen, you will be forwarded to an external page or immediately to the confirmation page.
Your purchase is complete.
You land on the confirmation page where everything is listed again. At the same time you will receive an e-mail for confirmation.

Didn't get an order confirmation?
If you don't receive a confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order, you probably misspelled your email address. However, the order has been received correctly and is being processed.
Just send to info@magnesium-quelle.ch a short e-mail with the following text: "No confirmation received, here is my correct e-mail address." You will still receive a confirmation the next working day.
