We're allowed off the phone For legal reasons no medical questions respond. That wouldn't be serious either. According to the law, we are also not allowed to provide any information on whether this or another remedy works or on the dosage. This may not be of much help to you, but of course we will stick to it. Unfortunately we cannot change that.
We have described many of our products as precisely as possible on the website. You will also receive the free magnesium guide with every order, which answers many questions. You can also use our wide range of books about magnesium.

As soon as your order has been successfully placed and paid for, you will immediately receive an order confirmation. This also applies to purchases on account and payment in advance.
You probably entered your email address incorrectly. However, your order has been received correctly and is being processed. Just send us a short e-mail with something like the following content: "No order confirmation received - here is my correct e-mail address". info@magnesium-quelle.ch. You will then receive your order confirmation on the next working day.
Sometimes the payment process with credit cards or PostFinance is not successful and your order is therefore not successfully completed. Then you will not receive a confirmation either.
A successful order is always clearly displayed. If something went wrong with the payment, you can simply repeat your order and choose another payment option. A duplicate order would of course be cancelled.

Simply select prepayment as a payment option during the ordering process. Your order will then be shipped after your payment has been received. Depending on the bank, payment method and other factors, this can take a few days.
It is best to pay with e-banking in order to achieve quick processing. We usually receive your payment on the next working day and can send it. Please do not forget your order number in the payment purpose, otherwise your payment may not be assigned to you!

Tomorrow – if you order by 15 p.m. Monday to Thursday.
We ship with priority (A-Post).
Orders placed after Friday 15:00 p.m. and on weekends will be shipped on Monday and will reach you on Tuesday.
Orders placed after Thursday 15:00 p.m. will be shipped on Friday and arrive on Monday.
This only works with successful payment or purchase on account and of course with stock items.
