Application of the Magnesium Wellness Flakes
magnesium bath
For a full bath, dissolve 500 - 800 g Magnesium Wellness Flakes in 37 degree warm bath water.
Only run in enough water to just cover your body.
Enjoy and relax for 20 – 30 minutes.
Concentrations for the full bath:
- 800 g of magnesium chloride in 40 liters of water = 1 percent solution
- 1600 g of magnesium chloride in 40 liters of water = 2 percent solution
More than a 2 percent solution of magnesium chloride for a full bath is not recommended!
Magnesium foot bath
For a foot bath, dissolve 100 - 400 g Magnesium Wellness Flakes in a 5 liter foot bath.
Enjoy the foot bath at 37 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
Concentrations for the footbath:
- 100 g of magnesium chloride in 5 liters of water = 1 percent solution
- 200 g of magnesium chloride in 5 liters of water = 2 percent solution
- 300 g of magnesium chloride in 5 liters of water = 3 percent solution
- 400 g of magnesium chloride in 5 liters of water = 4 percent solution
More than a 4 percent solution of magnesium chloride for a foot bath is not recommended!
