How to use Dead Sea Magnesium Chloride 1000 g:
For oral use or for baths / foot baths.
Magnesium supplements can have a laxative effect.
For the oral brine, dissolve approx. 6 teaspoons (33 g) in one liter of water. Drink 2 ml of this twice a day.

For baths / foot baths, dissolve this in water with a maximum temperature of 37 degrees and bathe in it for about 30 minutes:
Bath (40 liters):
- 800 g in 40 liters of water = 1 percent solution
- 1600 g in 40 liters of water = 2 percent solution
Footbath (5 liters):
- 300 g in 5 liters of water = 3 percent solution
- 400 g in 5 liters of water = 4 percent solution
