The magnesium gel can be used for massages. For a relaxing massage after physical exertion or for a stimulating sports massage.
The improved blood circulation during a massage improves the absorption of the magnesium contained in the magnesium gel.
Apply 5 – 10 ml (1 ml is about the size of a hazelnut) to the desired skin area and massage in. Wash off after 15-20 minutes.

Application of the magnesium gel
Apply 5 – 10 ml (1 ml is about the size of a hazelnut) to the desired skin area and massage in. Wash off after 15-20 minutes.
Do not apply to eyes, open wounds, freshly shaved skin or other sensitive areas. Keep away from children.
